blake's birth

his birth was beautiful! going in i was incredibly nervous about being induced. the nurse was awesome and dr. cole was great! i should have trusted her more that everything would be okay! we started the induction at 9 am. my water broke on it's own around noon. i got an epidural shortly after and 5 to 10 minutes of pushing he was born at 2:45 pm. i can't explain how happy i was to finally be holding blake! he is absolutely perfect and we are so happy! he is the perfect addition to our family! avery is a great big sister and loves "baby blakey"! i set the setting on the camera for mark and he took some great photos! seriously, he did awesome!

in between watching the price is right. he was cheering them on the hit the dollar :)

on august 16th at 2:45 pm we welcomed blake into the world. the tears started as they placed him on my chest

the took him away to get his stats

19.75 inches

got his footprints

after he checked out daddy got to hold him

and then back to mommy for his first feeding
