avery is loving preschool. i was so worried about my time with her being taken away. but when i pick her up at 2 pm and she doesn't nap i'm only missing 2 hours of her day. and i love the time with blake!!! he's the best! really, he is and he's just so cute! you have to smile when you are around him! for the past 2 nights he's only woken up once in 12 hours! thank you God! seriously! these kids drive me crazy somedays, nutty really! but, we're adjusting! i had gotten the hang of 2 kids and now with starting up back to work and photos to edit we are readjusting. i'm thankful to mark for being so supportive and playing with the kids while i go have sessions. and lets not forget the editing time too. he's decided he couldn't stay home full time so we both have a new appreciation for each other! :) don't get me wrong. i have my moments (like last night when mark had a work dinner) when they both needed me at the same time and there is only one of me. but, both kids got to bed on time and i survived! there were tears (the kids) but everyone got a full nights sleep! an hour and a half later after picking up from the day and folding their laundry i sat down!
i have a million photos sitting on my computer that i have thrown into a folder named october. i'm getting there.
the beauty of a newborn is they sleep a lot. and while i know this time should be spent getting caught up on sleep or cleaning most of the time it's not. it's spent with avery and just marveling in her two year old fun. she's had to make an adjustment in her life. we don't get out nearly as much as we used to. and it's been so hot we don't really go outside too much to play with blake. so when we were folding laundry together and she asked for a popsicle because there was a picture of one on her shorts i said sure. because laundry can wait. oh her sweetness!
and our little man...
