the beach!

we headed out to the beach a couple of weekends ago when it was 80 degrees in february!

will's sentiments for the beach we not what i was hoping. but, my picky eater wouldn't eat before we left or when we stopped. so finally 6.5 hours since the last time he ate he gave in and ate. he spent the majority of his time in the carrier! :) i had packed him a cute little swimsuit and glasses thinking i'd get some cute pictures of him showing off his new skill of sitting up. you can guess how that one went. so right before left while mark was packing up i snagged our friends bumbo and took some pictures of his to document his first beach trip! we'll definitely have to go back soon!

in true blake fashion he spent a lot of his time playing in the car. then threw a fit when it was time to go because he had to sit in his car seat! but he did enjoy kicking the ball with daddy!

and then there's avery! who was running in the water and splashing and loving it!

i'd say, all in all it was a success!
