we've been spending more time in the water this week. mark is home with us as he is in between jobs so we're going to spend the next couple of weeks hanging out and traveling! avery and i went to the community pool with one of avery's friends from the library on tuesday. they are so cute and about a month apart (of course he's about 7 pounds heavier than avery). they were so cute but only spent about 20 minutes in the water and the rest of the time sat on the towel together and shared a snack. naturally, he ate 5 "baby cheetos" for every one avery ate, he's just so cute! oh, and today mark and i took avery to an introductory class at the little gym. it's basically baby gymnastics and she loved it. she did a forward roll on the balance beam (i spotted her of course) and did rolls and climbed all over the place. it's an 11 week program that she'll start june 8th!

yes, he's growing a mustache. AND he made me crop it so it was just his face! if only he would let me show you his muscle shirt...it really made the picture!
