back to school + cold weather! 

enjoying the days that feel like spring!

avery lost her first tooth. it's also pretty apparent how proud her littlest brother is. it was also well documented. :)

little man is quite good at the scooter! following his sister up and down the street!

swimming in december

i know it's hard to not be in colorado during the winter sometimes. especially around the holidays. but, these days make up for that hopefully a little bit. :)

before Christmas fun!

all the kids had Christmas parties at school! sadly, daddy was out of town for work but of course i took a few pictures! everyone had a great time. i was only able to go to two as the boys were at the same time! i picked him up on a sugar high which assured me he had a great time! 

some of our favorites came for a visit from california! we went out to the Alvin Christmas train one evening. it stopped raining just in time and it wasn't cold yet! we miss you both (and woo wee)!

we also went to a painting place and made some ornaments!

their visit was just too short but we loved the time we got with them! 

park in december

yep, it's mid december and my kids were at the park in short sleeves and some with no shoes! ;) for the most part they run and do their own thing. avery had a classmate there so she was playing with him most of the time. somewhere in the past few months avery's gotten pretty good at tying her own shoes too! 

christmas cheer

we all know i'm a sucker for cute kids clothes. throw in a holiday and well, i just can't get enough! these cute shirts came in the mail and i NEEDED to take some pics of them.
