the house is ready!

After what felt like forever I finally got the house ready to photograph. There are still some minor repairs and deep cleaning I would like to do but we just needed to get the house listed! Getting a house in order with a 3 month old is much more challenging than I would have imagined! If anyone knows of anyone looking for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Denver let us know!!! Here are some pictures of my hard work and my little helper! Let me know if you have any comments or things that would be good to do/add!

Toes and Tummy

Well I was worried about not getting pictures of her grabbing her toes. I don't need to worry about that anymore! She does it all the time and I've gotten a bunch! :) I also decided today to put her on her tummy on the mat. I'm not really good at doing "tummy time". Mainly because she doesn't really like it on the floor. I put her on my chest but then I read yesterday that they usually roll tummy to back first so I thought I should start putting her on the floor. Surprisingly she almost rolled but didn't last long. I don't have anything to compare too since I never put her down this way but I think she's doing great! :) So the last picture is from "tummy time"!

This is how she sucks her thumb - her right hand grabs her left thumb and the right thumb is in the mouth!

Happy Birthday Mark!!!

Happy 31st birthday Mark! Mark's birthday was yesterday and we spent the day at home and then went to a wedding! Mark was working on a project and Avery and I cleaned the house! We are getting it ready to put it on the market and if you've been to our place recently you know we have A LOT of stuff. So, yesterday we tackled the bathroom and the closet! I put some pictures up because I am so proud of my work. Today is caulking day so you can see the bathtub needs it! I will have to start taking before and after pictures!!! As for last night, we had our neighbor babysit and Avery did great. We went to the ceremony and then came back to feed her and put her bed. She woke up once for 20 minutes but then went back down so she slept from 8:00pm to 3:15am...that is the longest yet!!! We had so much fun seeing friends and dancing! We learned we can't stay out as late as we used too! 

I hold the camera up and make her smile so it's hard to get her whole face in the picture!

She found her toes!!!

I never thought I would be so excited but she found her toes!!! She has started grabbing them. It may be the cutest thing I have ever seen. Of course when I went to get the camera she got distracted and went back to eating her hands. But, nonetheless the found them!!! It is finally starting to warm up...only 50 today so we got all bundled up and went out for a walk this morning!!! Here are some pictures from the past couple of days.

3 months old!!!

I can't believe our sweet pea is already 3 months old. She has gotten so big. I took her to babies r us today since she had NO winter clothes and it was 43 degrees and I was picking up the newborn outfits thinking she should still be wearing them. But, they looked so small and she is not a large 3 month old by any means. I took pictures his afternoon and she was holding her head up looking around like a big girl. I'm not sure when this happened but time is flying by. I wish I could freeze it just for a little bit. Her smile continues to light up the room and there is no denying she is STILL the cutest baby! We just love her!!!
