Blow outs are a daily occurrence...

She is officially too big for the newborn diapers she has been wearing! So, if anyone needs newborn diapers we have a wide variety. Every time we change her diaper we have to change her outfit! We are thankful for spray and wash these days! :) We went over to her great grandma's (Mark's Grandma) in the afternoon! Here are more pictures from yesterday. 

Power outage

Yesterday we all went to the park for a a kickball game with our co-workers. She slept the whole time which was great and took another 3 hour nap when we got home. We were all tired from the heat so we all slept. After two long naps our power went out and we spent part of the evening in basement just hanging out and playing cards with our neighbor. Well, attempting to play cards as best you can with an awake baby! Well, she's finally back asleep so headed back to bed! :) Here are some pictures from yesterday!

Big Day!

We had a big day today! Mark went out for lunch with some co-workers so she had two new visitors (which I should have taken pictures of). We tried a new sleep position during nap time and then she had a nice long nap and Daddy let Mommy go out for a walk and enjoy the outside. When I got home we decided tonight was the night she was going to get a bottle. So we got the milk ready while she was napping and then Mark gave Avery her first bottle. They both did so great! I was so proud and it was such a big moment. It made me realize she won't be needing me forever so it was a good reminder to not take any time for granted! Here are some pictures from today! You'll notice she doesn't have any clothes because after she went through 2 outfits by 9am and I went to put on the third and she spit up I gave up and left her without clothes! She is just so darn cute!

2 weeks old!

Our little girl is officially 2 weeks old! We had our appointment and she is 8 lbs 2 oz (50%), 20 and 3/4 inches long (75%), and her head is 14 and 1/4 inches (50%). (And her blood pressure is 110..LOL!) She is doing great and everything looks healthy!!! But, the highlight of the appointment was when I went to check-in (Mark was with Avery in the "well" section) the lady asked me if the appointment was for me! I think next time I will put on some make-up so they don't think I'm a teen mom or something! :) Here are more pictures...
